Viveka Chudamani is a popular ‘prakarana-grantha‘ (monograph) of Advaita Vedanta by Adi Sankaracharya. It gives exhaustive, step by step instructions for Vedantic sadhanas in verse form, and these are in conformity with the Shruti (Upanishads). The sadhanas (spiritual practices) that lead to realization of one’s SatChidAnanda or Atman nature are presented in the form of a dialogue between a Guru and a disciple.

In this course, the advaita-vedantic practices will be discussed based on the selected verses from the text so that the students can clearly understand what, when, why and how they have to practice sadhana amidst their busy life schedule.
