Admission to “Certificate Course on Bhagavad Gita (online / virtual mode) for the students based in India” starting from August 2024

Class Timing: Every Sunday, from 1.30–3.00 PM (Indian Standard Time) starting from 11 August 2024 up to 10 August 2025 (one full year, about 40 Sundays, 1.50 hours each week, that is, a total of 60 hours in one year).
Note: The online class link will be provided to all the admitted students sufficiently in advance before the classes begin.

Text-book recommended for the Course: ‘Bhagavad-Gita, Universal Scripture of Mankind’ by Swami Tapasyananda, published by Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600004, India (contains original Gita verse in Devanagari script with transliteration and running translation in English, word-for-meaning, copious notes of important verses in each Chapter)

Course Instructor: Swami Atmapriyananda, Pro-Chancellor, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (Deemed to be University as declared by the Government of India under University Grants Commission Act, 1956), Belur Math, West Bengal, India

Course Dakshina (fees): Rs. 2000/- for the entire course of one year.

How to apply:

  1. New Applicants must first register in the RKMVERI Admission portal (ISR) (https://isr.rkmvu.ac.in/admission/register) using your email-id or mobile number.
  2. Login to the Admission Portal (https://isr.rkmvu.ac.in/admission/) using your registered email-id or mobile number and password.
  3. Fill up the online application form for “Certificate Course on Bhagavad Gita (online / virtual mode)” available under the “Belur Campus”.
  4. Submit the application form and pay the Course fee online using UPI/Net banking/Debit or credit cards, etc.
  5. On successful completion of the procedure, download the Fee Receipt and Application-summary from the ‘Dashboard‘ in the Admission Portal.
