We are glad to announce that Swami Pitambarananda Ji Maharaj, an erudite scholar-monk of the Ramakrishna Order who has been giving a series of scriptural classes online at RKMVERI Deemed University in the virtual mode for the benefit of eager spiritual aspirants and has already completed the exposition of texts like Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Narada Bhakti Sutras, Vivekachudamani, Vedanta Sara, Brahma-sutras (Chatussutri) with Shankara Bhashya, etc., has kindly agreed to continue the online series of classes (on Zoom platform) and will next take up Mundaka Upanishad with Shankara Bhashya.
These classes on Mundaka Upanishad will be held, as before, once a week on Wednesdays, 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM, starting from Wednesday, 9 March 2022.

Gita Press has published Mundaka Upanishad with Shankara Bhashya (along with an excellent Hindi translation) which may be used as the text-book for these classes. Those uncomfortable with Hindi may use Swami Gambhirananda Ji’s book with the original text in Devanagari script and English translation of the Shankara Bhashya published by Advaita Ashrama.
The video will be live-streamed on the YouTube if the total number of viewers crosses 100. The recorded videos will be uploaded on RKMVERI Belur—Indian Spiritual Heritage Unit—YouTube channel.
